Refund Policy

Wardrobe World will not refund any items purchased that the purchasers no longer requires once purchased.

We will however refund for damaged items.If your purchase has been damaged in transit, we will offer the option of either a replacement or refund – but purchaser must note on freight docket signed that damage has occurred and we must be notified of damages within 3 days of delivery including copy of packing

If your purchase has been damaged in transit, we will offer the option of either a replacement or refund – but purchaser must note on freight docket signed that damage has occurred and we must be notified of damages within 3 days of delivery including copy of packing slip/courier delivery ticket, with damage noted on it.

Once we have been notified, we will contact purchaser to organise delivery of replacement part and /or refund monies for part damaged.
